3. Volunteers for Charity Event (Marketing, Film, and Journalist)
Every year we host a charity event to help raise money and awareness for Human Trafficking Victims here in Copenhagen, in partnership with Forvandling Womans Conference. Last years Event was called, The Mad Tea Party, a charity show that fused acting, music, and a lottery, and we raised 63,000kr. for hopenow.dk and their work.
This year we are planning on a Fashion Show and concert and our goal is to raise 100,000kr. We are looking for 2 volunteers who have educations in journalism, film, and marketing that would be interested in joining our working team, and would be interested in donating some time over the next 6 months until 14 September when we hold the event. Its a great opportunity to work on a fun project that makes a big difference, and it does not look to bad on a CV either.
If you are interested email: jessica.eisenbraun@kulturcenter.dk. And we can find a time to meet in the next 2 weeks.

5. Girls Night Out @ NORD NIGHT CLUB. Saturday, April 7, 2012, 10:00 PM
Maja and Kate are hosting: Girls Night out @ Natklub “Nord”…It’s a great (stylish) night club in the center of Copenhagen Check out all the snazzy details of this stylish night club: www.nordnatklub.dk/30konceptet.
The special thing about this night club is that it attracts a more “grown up” audience: In fact you have to be at least 30 years old to get in! FREE entrance before 11 pm/ after: 90,- Let’s meet (exactly) at 10 pm outside – when the club opens – there won’t be a lot of people at that time but then we are sure not to stand in line to get in…And get a few tables inside. They have a rule: for every number of 6 guests ONE person under the age of 30 (but over 25) can come in! So if we are a group of 18 people: 3 out of us can be under 30 years old.
PS: If you get there later than 10 pm you will have to find us inside (hope you are able to! Please make a comment when you RSVP if you can’t make it at 10 pm – and remember: It will cost you 90,- after 11 pm! (If you are under 30 years old you will have to take your chances..If they should check your ID I can’t guarantee you will be let. Meetup: http://www.meetup.com/Friendsproject/events/56298822/.
